Malone Workforce Solutions is currently seeking experienced line workers in the Georgetown KY area! This position is available through the temp-to-hire program in place with Malone Solutions. Competitive pay, and access to incredible benefits once completing requirement of 520 hours.

Job Information
The line operators will be responsible for reaching production targets, maintaining safety, and all quality standards.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Quality inspections at forming, forging, hot coin, and chamfer operations
- Powder log in and powder change
- Operations of all line equipment
- Fault identification, prevention, and recovery on all equipment
- Understanding the interlocks of the equipment
- Identification of defect parts, causes of the defect, and the ability to fix and prevent them
- Maintain accurate records and production data
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills
Education and Experience:
- None
Physical Requirements:
- Continuous amounts of standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
