Non-negotiables:
- Show up daily with an open mind and willingness to learn.
- Proper presentation on the correct plate
- Call back and acknowledge when other team members are addressing you
- Hit temps (steaks, burgers, chicken, fish, no excuses)
- Communicate respectfully with all members of the restaurant
- Follow all health code standards for yourself and your work station
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
