Job description

The food court inside the Hilton Anaheim hotel is looking to hire part time line cooks/prep cooks for a Mexican and burger restaurant. We are looking for people available approximately 20-30 hours a week depending on the position you are hired for and business conditions.

We are looking for the following responsibilities in each candidate:
-Strong work ethic who can work well in a fast placed, high stress environment
-Good communicator and team work ability. Bilingual is preferred.
-Kitchen experience preferred but not necessary. We can train.
-Must be available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
-taking orders from guests and building burritos, tacos, salads, burgers
-manage cooking proteins on a charbroiler, griddle, and deep fryer
-prepping ingredients and making salsa, guacamole, etc from scratch
-wash dishes
