Job Title: Full-time Line Coo

Job Description: Wicked Cantina is seeking a highly skilled and experienced line cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will know of breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare a wide variety of food items in accordance with prescribed recipes and standards.

- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.

- Ensure that food is stored and cooked at correct temperatures.

- Ensure that all dishes are made to Wicked Cantina’s exact specifications.

- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and cooking station.

- Work alongside other kitchen staff as a team.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a line cook with knowledge of breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.

- Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions.

- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

- Ability to work in a team environment.
