About us

We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, following recipes, adhering to food safety regulations, and working closely with other kitchen staff. The successful candidate will have excellent knife skills, an understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menu specifications.
• Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
• Keep records of food usage and costs.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure that all food and other items are stored properly.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
