Job description
This is a cook position for our hotel restaurant Main Street Café. We serve upscale American, Mexican cuisine in a 75 seat restaurant and lobby bar. The kitchen also cooks for the bar and banquets department so knowledge of banquet cooking and service for up to 400 people a plus.
Must have food handlers certificate and demonstrate a solid knowledge of food handling, food storage and commercial kitchen sanitation practices.
