Line Cooks/Prep Cooks

Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club in Miromar Lakes, Southwest Florida, is seeking experienced full-time and part-time line cooks/prep cooks for morning and evening shifts in a dynamic private club setting. Line cooks are responsible for prepping and ensuring a high level of station setup for service success. The ideal candidate has strong organization skills, knowledge of cookery, and is a team player possessing accuracy and speed while preparing food à la carte in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about cooking and want to learn and grow.

Requirements:

• One to two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook, preferably in an upscale hotel, resort, restaurant or country club setting
• Certification in culinary arts is preferred
• Experience with various cooking methods and procedures
