Job description
Guy Fieri’s Mt. Pocono Kitchen in Mount Airy Casino is interviewing candidates for Line Cook positions. Candidates should have professional kitchen experience, including working a hot line, Sautee and grill.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in full service, 3 meal period restaurant is desired
- Friendly demeanor
- A positive attitude in order to create an authentic, friendly, enthusiastic, professional environment
- A dedication to teamwork
- Flexible schedule
- Must be able to communicate and comprehend instructions in English
- Ability to work well under pressure, be professional, efficient, detail-oriented, and courteous.
- Task-driven individual
- Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Responsibilities:
- Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the Chef
- Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
- Food preparation and portioning prior to service
- Communicates in a positive professional manner
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
