Position Description: The Lifestyle Coordinator will report to the Community Manager. This position is located at a lifestyle-focused, family-friendly community with resort-like amenities including walking trails, numerous parks and open spaces, a catch and release lake and a beautiful community center complete with a clubroom, fitness center, pool and lazy river. This position is responsible for all community programming, including but not limited to teaching classes, implementing programs, attending events, participating on committees, and assisting the Community Manager in various functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lifestyle Functions

  • Plans/coordinates/staffs engaging community events and activities
  • Prepares flyers and community communication
  • Coordinates New Resident Orientations and Delivers Welcome Gifts as needed
  • Assists residents with management related issues as needed

Administration Support

  • Screens all Administrative phone calls
  • Updates website, flyers, and marketing materials
  • Assists with office purchasing and other need items
  • Assists Community Manager as necessary

Additional duties and functions may be assigned as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • 4 Year College Degree preferred
  • 2+ year(s) of recreation, event management, or related field experience
  • Homeowner Association experience preferred
  • Outgoing personality with a creative mind to bring new and exciting programming to the community
  • Ability to interact professionally with residents and staff
  • Computer proficiency with all Microsoft Office platforms including Outlook
  • Knowledge of Electronic/Mobile Devices/Internet/Media Services
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written form
  • Must be able to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs. in weight
  • Must be able to occasionally work weekends and evenings

PMP Management LLC will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with state, federal, or local law.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
