Elm Crest Senior Living Community, an American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking for team-focused, caring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our nursing team!

As a Nurse (LPN) at Elm Crest, you'll perform a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care and services to residents, working in accordance with regulations and established clinical best practices. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of resident care via assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation, developing care plans in collaboration with residents, families and staff, encouraging residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psychosocial well-being and supervising staff in day-to-day activities.

• Pay starts from $21+ based on experience
• Up to $4 shift differential
• Openings on all shifts - flexible scheduling also available

What you will need:

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required; current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure (LPN) in the State of Iowa or current compact state license.
• Long Term Care experience is a plus, but not required; new grads and students are welcome.
