Responsibilities:

• Administer medication and provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with patient assessments and perform routine procedures, such as wound care and injections.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.

Requirements:

• Valid and active LPN license in PA.
• Proven experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathy and compassion for patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
