We are currently hiring LPN's to work on the floor. All shifts available. Choose the shift that works best for you.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Available after 60-day employment period has been reached).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Makes rounds to evaluate status of residents and determine resource needs.
• Meets with members of the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate residents’ care.
• Documents nursing activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicates staffing problems and needs to the Director of Nursing (DON).
• Develops work assignment s for nursing assistants and other subordinate staff.
• Reports problems and complaints to the Nursing Manager.
• Provides feedback to nurse managers regarding performance of nursing assistants.
• Receives and provides end of shift report.
• Assists in admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of wearing PPE
• CPR
• Current TB test
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
• AZ State Nursing License
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer experience
• Ability to organize and prioritize with good interpersonal skills

Previous long term care experience a plus, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right applicants.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Full-time employees start accruing Paid Time Off on the date of hire, Holiday Pay after a 90-day probation period and are eligible for Healthcare Benefits the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
