What Does This Role Encompass?

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Delivering exceptional service through mission-focused interactions
• Completing face to face or telehealth appointments with individuals and their families in order to complete an IBHS Written Order for a family to be able access services
• Completing comprehensive evaluations
• PCIT interest and/or certification
• ADOS certification a plus
• Working with a multidisciplinary team
• Emphasizing individual motivation and engagement to create the space for progress
• Managing a caseload of individuals and families within an ATS program
• Assessing strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences of individuals
• Developing individualized treatment programs
• Working with individuals and their families to effectively implement interventions
• Identifying barriers and creating solutions to overcoming them
• Providing direct therapeutic interventions when needed
• Maintaining and completing data collection and treatment records
• Advocating and practicing cultural sensitivity in day-to-day interactions
• Developing and engaging in teamwork in all activities
• Promoting and embodying the mission, vision, values, and beliefs of ATS
• Completing other duties as assigned by your supervisor and/or leadership

What Qualifications Do I Need to Join the ATS Team in this Role?

• Be a licensed clinician practicing psychiatry, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification or a clinical social worker.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of full-time postgraduate experience in the provision of mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults.
• Comfortable working with all age ranges
• Compassionate demeanor, with a strong desire to help clients develop, maximize their potential and capitalize on their strengths
• A drive to be part of an innovative, expanding company with amazing potential for growth
• A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and a good driving record is required
• Experience with autism is strongly preferred
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
