We are looking for an enthusiastic Intake Specialist to join our team and provide support to our clients and potential clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing client needs, providing information and guidance, and processing initial client documents. The Intake Specialist must have a demonstrated history of excellent communication skills, must be motivated, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls/internet inquiries and provide information to callers.
• Conduct intake interviews with potential clients to assess their needs and eligibility for services.
• Obtain client records and documents to assess the viability of their potential claims.
• Maintain accurate records of client information and interactions.
• Provide follow-up services to clients as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
