Every Child's Place, Inc. is a not-for-profit childcare center for children ages six-weeks through 5 years of age that provides quality-centered care and early education in a nurturing environment for children who are typically developing and those exhibiting special needs within Kenosha and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities:
-Instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
-Create a fun, clean, and safe learning environment
-Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
-Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
-Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
-Maintain the health and safety of all students
-Encourage teamwork with fellow co-workers
Qualifications:
-Previous experience preferred, but not required, in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
-Required: Wisconsin Child Care Teacher Certification or College Course Equivalent
-Passionate about working with children of all abilities
-Ability to build rapport with children
-Positive and patient demeanor
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Special Note:
The requirements of this position will call for frequent walking, standing, stooping, bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, lifting, and carrying children of different weights and sizes (up to 100+ pounds)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
