Christopher Heights of Marlborough is an 83-apartment, assisted living community for individuals 62 and older, looking for a Lead Receptionist to join our dedicated team. The position is Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week.
The right candidate must enjoy working the senior population, be able to work independently but cooperatively with team members, take initiative in areas of responsibility, and have a positive attitude. Candidates must have a working knowledge of office equipment, proficiency with computers and typing, and high-quality communication, organization, and time management skills.
Responsibilities include: supervision and scheduling of all part-time receptionists, answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting residents with meal requests. In addition, you will assist the executive director and other department heads as requested with administrative tasks, including: photocopying and faxing, updating databases and/or lists, maintaining inventory systems, depositing checks, sorting mail, and sending rent invoices.
