Job description

Moraine Builders is expanding our crews! We are seeking a motivated individual to lead a concrete and masonry crew. Moraine Builders is located at W3329 Sunset Road in Sheboygan Falls.

· This is a full time, year around position.

· Crews generally work from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday thru Friday

· Jobsites are usually within 45 minutes of Sheboygan Falls.

· Offering competitive wages based on experience and skill level.

The primary roles and responsibilities of the Lead Mason include but are not limited to the following:

· Effectively and efficiently manage a wide range of concrete and masonry projects from start to finish.

· Day to day site supervision of crew labor, workflow and schedule

· Assisting with scheduling and coordinating material deliveries and sub-trade work

· Interfacing with owners to ensure good communication and respond to questions and concerns.

· Meeting with inspectors

Other requirements include:

· Working knowledge and experience with

o Transportation and operation of Bobcat Skid Steer Loader and Excavator

o Concrete finishing tools and equipment including power trowels.

o Bricklaying and stone setting

o Masonry block layout and installation

o Interior and Exterior flatwork layout, grading, placement, and finishing.

o Repair and waterproofing of existing concrete.

· Prior experience in most areas of responsibility and prior project management experience

· Valid Driver’s License

· Tool belt and personal hand tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
