WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR


  • Maintain and optimize Data & Analytics (D&A) solutions (infrastructure and applications)
  • Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines
  • Control costs and budgets related to D&A solutions
  • Manage contracts with D&A solution providers and software licenses
  • Develop policies and procedures for D&A solutions
  • Develop and report environment KPIs as required
  • Collaborate with IT Services team to ensure best practices are followed
  • Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of D&A solutions
  • Act as an escalation point to senior management relating to D&A issues
  • Collaborate with PMO to ensure D&A solutions are capable for new projects

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT Related field or similar, with at least 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Proven experience in AWS technologies
  • Experience with Data and Analytics toolsets (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, etc)
  • Experience in IT Service Management
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under own initiative.
  • Good command of English spoken and written.

BENEFICIAL

  • Experience with various Reporting Tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Experience with AWS Redshift and/or Snowflake
  • Experience with Databricks
  • Experience with IT Service Management

SALARY AND BENEFITS OVERVIEW

Wage Information

  • Annual Salary: Minimum: $88,400; Maximum: $130,000
  • Bonus Target: 15 percent
