Job Description:

• Adheres to company safety, conduct sanitation, and follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) in all areas of responsibility
• Follows established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
• Lead and direct daily production
• Direct day to day activities of utility and line employees
• Access production schedule and complete for the day
• Complete all Production reports
• Access and understand computer programs (email, SAP, etc.)
• Create a safe and productive work environment for all employees
• Proficient knowledge of all equipment along with auxiliary equipment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong relationships with all line associates and departments
• Anticipates needs of production, processing, and warehouse
• Responsible for being a leader on plant teams and committees
• Knowledge of all packaging equipment for assigned area
• Positive Mental Attitude
• Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate with associates
• Has a positive approach to challenge solving
