This team is looking for a licensed Workers' Compensation attorney. This long-term contract Attorney role is based out of Berwyn, Illinois with HYBRID flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize legal documents
• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• Detailed and have the ability work independently
• First-rate academic credentials and references
• Deep understanding of workers compensation law
• General familiarity with Civil Litigation Law Firm
• Civil litigation experience
• Proven knowledge of Civil Litigation Experience
• Foundational knowledge in workers compensation
• Command of Worker's Compensation Claim
• Well-founded grasp of Civil Litigation
• Worker's Compensation experience
• Strong communication and social skills
• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
• Licensed attorney
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed
