Summary of Position

As a lawn care technician, you will be providing service to residential or commercial customers by making timely fertilizer and weed control applications to residential and commercial properties, diagnosing and correcting lawn issues, and providing exceptional customer service. No experience needed as training will be provided. Opportunity for sales commission and weekly production bonuses are available.

Responsibilities

· Read and understand maps accurately to locate client properties and develop efficient routes.

· Daily contact with clients to confirm appointments.

· Drive safely, responsibly, and courteously, representing the Munie brand

· Carry, transport, and operate equipment in the field.

Key Competencies

· Must enjoy working outdoors

· Able to work independently

· Able to bring positive approach & attitude to daily responsibilities

· Valid Drivers License

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

· Ability to work overtime & some Saturdays

· Able to lift up to 50 pounds

· Must possess a clean MVR and ability to participate in a background screening including drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
