Varied Shifts: Some night work required, approximate shift times of 6am to 5pm

Wages starting at $18.00/hr. for entry level candidates. Some positions require no experience and Rogers Group will train .

Rogers Group is currently seeking an individual to fill an ASPHALT PLANT LABORER position for our Pottsville and Rutherford asphalt plants, located in LaVergne, TN . Some night work will be required. The successful candidate for this role will be self-motivated and have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence.

• Primary duties will include support and clean-up around the asphalt plant, general maintenance of plant and equipment, and utilizing heavy equipment in performing jobs and moving materials around the plant, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Self-motivated individual, must be able to perform required duties without constant supervision.
• Focus on Safety Excellence.
• Must work well with others.
• Able to perform a variety of duties, some which may include Plant Clean-up, Maintenance, Operating Heavy Equipment and Machinery.
• Ability to work in a variety of conditions.
• Willing to work weekends and long hours when needed.
• Willing to be flexible when called upon to perform other assignments or to assist in other areas at the discretion of management.
