Laborer

J B Cote Construction is a small family-owned construction business that has served the Manville, Cumberland, Woonsocket, and North Smithfield areas for over 25 years. We take any project from the foundation to the roof, addition, kitchen, bathroom, framing, deck, windows, doors, siding, framing, and more. Every day is different.

We are looking for a competent, experienced person to work on our construction projects. Experience in working on relevant projects and using equipment is essential. You must have physical strength, and endurance, and work well with your hands. Being good at collaboration and following instructions and safety rules are important. Hardworking Construction Worker who is dependable and reliable. Motivated to get along well with others and exceed expectations. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works to complete projects quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

· Proven experience as a construction worker

· Experience in operating equipment like a table saw skill saw, drills, miter saw, etc.

· Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods

· Able to work in/manage a team.

· Able to lift 50+lbs.

· Able to read instructions, TAPE MEASURE and blueprint

· High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule:

· 8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend overtime optional

Experience: 2+ years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.58-$18.00 per hour
