Doosan Bobcat is hiring immediately for productions positions at our Johnson Creek facility! Bobcat offers a stable work environment, opportunities for long-term growth and great benefits including 3 weeks of vacation to start and up to 12 paid holidays per year!

As a General Laborer, you will support production through various duties during the production process. This could include pounding parts out of metal, moving materials, and cross training in various departments.

Role & Responsibility

• Operate hoist to load and unload materials
• Assist with other tasks throughout the fabrication department including separating and identifying parts, cleaning laser slats, emptying scrap pans, etc.
• Inspect parts for inaccuracies and quality of cut..
• Responsible for quality of parts and workmanship.
• Cross train between operations.
• Follow all necessary Safety procedures and work instructions.

Job Requirement:

• Ability to communicate, both written and verbal, with supervisors and coworkers.

Physical Requirement:

• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent noise (hearing protection as required).
• Occasional push/pull up to 40 pounds of force.
• Constant standing, occasional walking.
• Frequent to constant bending at the waist, occasional twisting.
• Frequent use of hammer to separate parts from sheet steel.
