Responsibilities - Snapshot

• Responsible for reading and running production orders.
• Keep the label machine loaded at all times with appropriate label sizes.
• Operates the label machines properly and efficiently meeting production deadlines.
• Minimizes waste or misuse of raw materials.
• Communicates label production issues with the Production Manager.
• Keeps all work areas safe, clean and in good condition.
• Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area following all safety rules and procedures.

Experience/Skills

• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented, a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to prioritize while maintaining high levels of organization, productivity and versatility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter along with strong attention to detail.
• Possess a sense of urgency, high energy and a great attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work safely in a wet, noisy, and non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, walking, bending, stooping, crouching and lifting.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
