Moe’s Original BBQ in Bangor is hiring a Kitchen Manager - you can expect to make $60,000 annually (Hourly wages plus tips) plus health insurance benefits.

You should know that we've transformed how we run our restaurants in Bangor & South Portland. Our (2) Moe's BBQ's in Maine have embarked on a "Good Jobs" Strategy, by which we've substantially invested in our employees (to the tune of about $150k more in wages) and have created sustainable positions that pay more than just a "living wage".

We expect our employees to be engaged in the business by helping to improve food quality, customer service and operations.

This will be the fun part for you as a manager. We don't want "managing" to be covering understaffed shifts and making up for a lack of good employees. We are looking for a manager that can help us improve our operations, fire up our team, and help grow the business so we can make the investment in our employees pay off. I want to prove to the world that this model can work!

We are looking for a manager with experience - who enjoys doing it all: motivating employees, providing great customer service and food preparation - and brings a great attitude to work.
