The restaurant layout is an experience in itself with redwood-inspired décor present throughout its modern, open-air design
This airport concept is looking for a kitchen manager.
Requirements include
3+ years of kitchen management or Sous Chef experience
Must have a clean criminal record (must go through airport screening and background check)
Must be legal as a permanent resident or US citizen
Must read, write, and speak English
Must follow airport guidelines for food preparation
Ability to follow recipes is crucial
Duties Include
Maintaining cleanliness according to health department standards
Clean and Organize walk in daily
Manage Bread Rotation
Manage Kitchen staff
Ensure recipes are being followed
Train new kitchen staff
Create order guides and prep sheets
Manage and perform ordering for the restaurant
