SEEKING EXPERIENCED KITCHEN STAFF/ASSISTANT MANAGER
Krispy Krunchy Chicken of New England- Assistant Kitchen Manager
To be eligible for hire, one must be able to perform different tasks both in the kitchen and behind the register. This position includes (but is not limited to): cleaning the kitchen and following all federal and state laws regarding the preparation and sale of PHF (potentially hazardous foods). The assistant kitchen manager will help perform daily deep cleaning programs and needs to be available on-call to assist during busy hours.
The assistant manager needs to be available on-call. They must also learn the safety procedures for all of the restaurants machinery in the event of an emergency. Complete duties and paid training will be provided by management. Lastly, you must be very comfortable and have experience working with the general public.
Canaan Fuels expects our management to arrive to work on time and greet all customers with respect and professionalism. Our assistant manager will not necessarily have a fixed schedule, and is expected to be on-call for previously agreed upon dates and times.
Required Skills:
- Prior kitchen/fast food management and experience is preferred. Experience with cash handling and food preparation will be prioritized!
- Ability to respectfully communicate with the public in a friendly and professional manner.
-Ability to perform all tasks assigned at time of hire.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
