As a Kitchen Designer with Builders Surplus you will connect with homeowners, property managers, builders and others who need our help. You will determine needs, educate and transact with them in a effort to help them grow or maintain the most important asset they own, their home. MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNT-ABILITIES
Responsibilities of a Kitchen Designers are to generate leads build rapport with customers probe though purposeful questioning and help customers solve their remodel challenges. Previous experience in designing kitchens, home improvement sales, financial sales or self-employment a plus but not required. Become knowledgeable in your product category. Drive your business though goal setting, strategy and tactics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -18 years of age or older. Must be able to pass a drug test. Must be able to pass a background check. Access to reliable transportation to reach customers’ homes and local Builders Surplus stores.**

EDUCATION REQUIRED High School Diploma/GED**
