We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer to fill a full-time position at our West Haven, CT location.

Responsibilities include:

• Conceptualize & design kitchens, vanities, and countertops according to specification and customer preference using 2020 software technology.
• Work with the inside and outside sales staff to generate new sales leads via telephone, electronic and in-person communication.
• Coordinate and schedule on and off-site meetings with both new and existing customers, serving as a dependable point of contact throughout the experience.
• Also responsible for managing material orders with suppliers, including submission, review, and confirmation of all orders within the operating system.
• Must stay current with new product offerings.

Qualifications include:

• Associate's Degree or 2 years college preferred.
• 2-5 years in a Kitchen and Bath Design position, or very closely related field preferred.
• Detail-oriented.
• Telephone customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced computer skills.
• Experience using 2020 Technologies design software.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday's 8 AM to 12 PM
