We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside the Executive Chef with recruiting, scheduling, training, food preparation, cleaning dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene standards, as well as a passion for cooking. Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation.
• Assist Executive Chef with managing the kitchen.
• Efficiently create the schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Ensure that all food is stored and handled properly according to health regulations.
• Assist with cleaning duties.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working order and is properly maintained.
• Assist with the receiving, storing, and inventory of food items.
• Ensure that the kitchen is stocked with necessary supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
