Journeyman Carpenter Job Summary

• Job sites located in six counties (Monterey to the south, Marin to the north), most jobs are located in San Francisco or on the Peninsula
• Establish and maintain quality standards of construction including precise finish scopes
• Install the best and most intricate wood assemblies in the high end residential market
• Track work to the schedule and communicate regularly with foreman or superintendent
• Act as advocate for job site safety

Competencies and Experience

• 10+ years finish carpentry experience
• 5+ years high-end residential experience (provide 3 references)
• Install experience of difficult paneling and casework assemblies, doors, windows, siding, casing, baseboard, crown molding, and all custom millwork
• Install experience of stairs is a plus
• Able to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Have a full complement of tools including specialty tools
• Have reliable transportation and are punctual
