C & B, a progressive family-owned company that has grown over 30 years to include John Deere Ag, material handling and power sports locations across eight states, has an opening for a John Deere Digital Engagement Consultant for our Mitchell, Yankton, Wagner, Corsica, Platte, Parkston and Freeman, SD locations.
Essential Duties:
- Holds events that keep customers and employees highly engaged with their data, partners and connected software companies.
- Develops, tracks and provides services to customers that promote and provide data integrity, proper enterprise setup and accurate reporting.
- Proactively works with all business segments and department managers to support customers and employees through digital insights and the value of technology.
- Participates in ongoing training, performance groups and advisory groups to continually develop strategy, knowledge, and skill sets.
- Engages with all suppliers and assigns new products to the appropriate customers and employees within C & B.
- Engages in conversations with key accounts and seeks customized solutions to fit their business goals.
- Audits the appropriate systems for accuracy and corrects errors.
- Provides reporting and regular updates to management.

Experience
Required
- Ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Office Suites, business systems, and internet applications
- Flexibility to travel to stores when required
- Ability to problem solve by using all available resources
- Background with Precision Ag products used in the industry including but not limited to hardware and farm management software programs
Education
Required
- Bachelors or better
- High School or better
Licenses & Certifications
Required
- Valid Drivers License
