Bakken Thread Repair, LLC is looking for a Job Coordinator with excellent customer service skills to oversee the successful completion of jobs and serve as the first point of contact to our valued customers. Applicant must be reliable, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.

• Full-time
• 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday
• Rotating on-call schedule
• 90-day trial period, employee will be paid weekly during this time
• Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance with an optional Retirement plan (offered after a 90-day period)

Job Description Responsibilities

• Work with Management to oversee the delivery of products and make adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time delivery and quality product
• Work with Management to provide a manufacturing schedule and provide insight on production efficiency
• Track and monitor Customer order progression
• Answer customer phone calls, emails, text messages providing job status, pricing information, and scheduling questions
• Collect satisfaction feedback from Customers
• Greet Customers and transportation personnel
• Receive and ship Customer products
• Gather, collect documentation, and keep detailed inventory concerning all customer-owned property
• Adhere to the company's Quality Management System and policies
• Adhere to the company's Safety Program

• Organizational and time management skills must be able to manage multiple tasks with efficiency

• Problem-solving abilities to correct any challenges or inefficiencies for optimal results
• Decisiveness and good judgment to address pressing customer demands
• An extreme temperature work environment is possible. Must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions (30% outside work / 70% inside work)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
