Location: San Clemente Island, CA

Position Description:

Maintenance scheduling, tracking, and status reporting for SWTTR; Generate daily required Equipment Status Report to include, equipment status and mission capability throughout the day. Log all significant incidents/events that have taken place throughout the day. Use Personnel Movement and Location Log to record the location and movement of all personnel throughout the day. Perform as the FTTR Preventive Maintenance (PM) Delegate authorized to make changes to the PM Module. Initiate Work Orders for maintenance personnel as required, to ensure timely reporting.

Description of General Duties:

• Perform Maintenance Data Quality of IMES.
• Perform data quality reviews of documentation of systems in CCMS, Maximo, and SharePoint.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on SWTTR objective, production strategies and support activities.
• Assist in planning and monitor material movement in production cycles to ensure continuous operations.
• Assist in equipment allocation, material, and manpower needs for Work Orders.
• Generate reports for SWTTR and NSWC as requested.
• Generate daily required Equipment Status Report to include, equipment status and mission capability throughout the day.
• Communicate system updates to Managers and NSWC on a regular basis.
• Responsible for personnel accountability. Central point of contact for personnel movement across SWTTR areas of operation. Maintain real-time tracking of personnel. Responsible for maintaining the Manning Report.
• Facilities Maintenance Representative for Contract interfacing with NSWC; and coordinates repairs with base facilities and repair help desk as directed.
• Central point for Job Plan program. Is responsible for the creation, activation, deactivation, to include review of Job Plans’ of all Preventative Maintenance records in Maximo.
• Central point for Preventive Maintenance program. Is responsible for the creation, activation, deactivation, to include review of Preventative Maintenance records in Maximo.
• HVAC Program Coordinator, facilitate maintenance actions between SWTTR and subcontractors.
• TMDE Program Coordinator, facilitate maintenance actions between SWTTR and subcontractors.
• Emergency Program Coordinator, is the central point of contact for all emergencies across the SWTTR areas. Required to activate and maintain Emergency Action Plan.
• Initiate Work Orders, as required, in IEMS for maintenance personnel, in the field, to ensure timely reporting.

Minimum Experience Requirements:

• Three years of experience in maintenance logistics.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English

Pay: $101,920.00 per year
