Part time janitor wanted in Iowa Falls area! 1 Commercial building to be cleaned 1x week with cleaning to be done anytime over the weekend. Cleaning to take approximately 3 hrs per week with a set pay of $50 per week. Basic janitorial duties to include sweeping , mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms and break rooms.
We also have 2 commercial facilities that are cleaned 1x per month. One in Iowa Falls that takes approximately 1.5-2hrs to clean with a set pay of $30/month. Second building in Ackley which takes 1hr to clean with a set pay of $30/month. Basic janitorial duties to include sweeping , mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms and break rooms with the addition of climbing on a ladder to change bulbs.
