We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality hardware, software, and system support to the company’s users with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, install and deploy various technical solutions, administer user & system accounts, and troubleshoot/resolve technical issues. This position also requires you to interface with vendors when required.

Primary Job Functions (include but not limited to):

• Provide end user hardware and software support.
• Ensure required OS updates are applied.
• Manage DHCP and Print servers.
• Setup / maintain user accounts in cloud-based VoIP PBX.
• Administer firewalls, wireless and end-point security solutions.
• Manage user accounts in Microsoft 365.
• Setup printers in ERP and Print server.
• Administer network and internet connectivity.
• Document procedures, configurations, and IT guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of managing user accounts in a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience with cloud base solutions.
• Ability to communicate and support staff lacking technical knowledge.
• Communicate / document procedures & solutions.
• Customer focused and demonstrated good follow-up.
• knowledge of or background in hosted systems, LAN/WAN, telecommunications, Windows OS, Chrome OS, and Mac OS
• 2-4 years’ experience providing end-user technical support (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
