Job description

We are a real estate development company that is seeking an organized and motivated individual who excels with IT Systems.

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required:

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues affecting internet, WIFI, printers, scanners, desktops, laptops, cell phones, work phones, servers, network equipment and various other office equipment
• Monitor multiple business websites weekly and update as needed
• Web design is a plus
• Post and edit commercial real estate listings on CoStar, Loopnet, and other website platforms
• Installation and updates of various business software programs
• Installation and setup of desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment as needed
• Install and monitor cameras and surveillance systems as needed
• Provide support for MAC and Windows

Requirements

• MUST have server experience
• 5+ years of experience in the support of a variety of IT functions for small and mid-size businesses
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Maintain confidential information in a professional and responsible manner
• Ability to follow an issue all the way to resolution
• Excellent written and verbal skills with team members and management
• Ability to work as a team and independently
