The Information Technology (IT) Service Delivery Manager will develop the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for advancing a group of internal and/or external facing technology products and services associated to IT capabilities. This position will lead and evolve a team to manage service lifecycle, projects, and associated products, by collaborating with internal IT groups and business partners to deliver improvements and measure the value of services delivered. This position will continually monitor progress and measure results to ensure IT capabilities are delivering expected benefits and remain aligned to evolving business/IT strategy using stakeholder decision making and governance model. This position will report to the Product Group Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, both internal to IT and throughout the firm, to develop understanding of business strategies and align IT service strategy and operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters relating to IT capabilities in service delivery and associated products, including service maturity, supply/demand alignment, and performance management
- Drive end to end delivery of services/products or features with moderate to high level of complexity and scope, including creating, managing and communicating requirements and roadmap, driving sprints on Agile efforts or working with a Project Manager on defined projects, coordinating deployment with IT support teams, and communicating changes to the client
- Manage and mentor teams of product delivery professionals, internal and external resources, including vendor/professional services/agency staff that consist of varying functions, skill, and level
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service/product development, efficiencies, and support
- Identify issues that impede product success; work with product team and key stakeholders to develop a plan to change or resolve issues
- Interface with a broad range of enterprise service lines at various levels within the organization and successfully navigate matrixed leadership to drive broad and strategic decision making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Business, Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of product/service management or related experience in a complex organization required; including demonstrated involvement with building and leading high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture; experience in public accounting or professional services preferred
- Knowledge and experience of the overall execution relating to all aspects of Service Management, including oversight of an agile team, defining the strategy, user experience, and architecture through deployment and lifetime support
- Experience coaching and managing a team, including managing the work or remote team members
- Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgment, and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels within the firm
- Ability to quickly build relationships to influence the accomplishment of organizational goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively present to large or small groups
- Ability to understand complex problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions
- Experience with a variety of project/process management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean)
- Ability to travel as needed, approximately 10%
