We provide a wide range of irrigation solutions such as turnkey solutions, project management and consulting, repair and maintenance, automation, and much more. We are looking to add an Agricultural Irrigation Foreman to our team. This individual will be responsible for leading a crew of 4-5 laborers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of agricultural irrigation systems.
Our office is located in Lake Wales, Florida. All Agricultural Foreman applicants must live in the Lake Wales area or in a nearby location like Winter Haven, Frostproof, and Dundee.
Agricultural Irrigation Foreman Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of 4-5 laborers in the installation, repair, and maintenance of agricultural irrigation systems
- Log all work activities for crew daily
- Operate machinery, including backhoes, trenchers, skid steers, and tractors
- Alert Production Manager to any illegal or unsafe activities on construction sites
- Alert Production Manager to irrigation repair/maintenance needs
What does it take to be a great Agricultural Irrigation Foreman?
- Experience working in the agricultural irrigation industry
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, basic hydraulics, pump systems, and electrical systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Supervisor experience
- Valid driver’s license
Pay
- Starting at $18 - $25, depending on experience
