Oversee receiving and payment of daily, weekly, monthly invoicing for Supply Chain

• Leverage Excel and other tools to track and manage invoices
• Ability to download invoices as needed from carrier website following SOPs
• Work with Accounts Payable & Treasury to ensure proper GL posting and invoice payment
• Work with Supply Chain solutions team to ensure smooth submissions
• Collaborate with DCs & Transportation teams for Supply Chain invoice submission and payment

• Performs other duties as required.

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree or, equivalent combination of intellectual instruction and work experience.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel

Experience Required:

• 0-2 years related experience.

• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to structure analysis independently and identify root causes for issues
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize projects with several business areas
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow through skills
• Comfortable working in a fast pace environment with a multicultural staff
• A team player
