Investment Operations Associate

Heckmann Financial is a holistic financial planning and wealth management group located in Middleton, Wisconsin. With our expanding and growing practice, we are establishing a new role and are currently seeking an experienced Investment Operations Associate to join our team.

The selected candidate will work alongside and in partnership with our Director of Investment Operations.

• process all facets of account opening, service requests and maintenance items, brokerage trading, and asset movement on the Pershing NetX360 platform.

- We are looking for a seasoned professional who loves a fast paced environment and contributing to the team effort in this back office type of role. This position will provide instrumental support for our team.

- Strong analytical and organization skills are imperative traits that we need this individual to bring to the table. Keen attention to detail is a must.

- The individual needs to be a team player and also a self starter.

The ideal candidate will have Investment Operations experience, hold their Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, and have (or obtain before their start date) their Wisconsin Life/Accident/Health insurance license. An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but related field experience will be considered.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
