Job Description:
At Regions, the Clearsight Investment Banker has a primary role of managing the execution of client pitches, engagements and group projects including analysis and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

Identifies and develops the most complex business opportunities

Evaluates and analyzes client needs, including the formulation and positioning of a client’s distinctive qualities with a focus on competitive differentiation

Maintains client communication

Leads complex transaction structuring and execution efforts

Acts as a mentor to junior bankers

May supervise junior bankers

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

Twelve (12) years experience in Investment Banking, including strong M&A knowledge and the proven ability to model solutions for clients

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registrations including the Series 63 & 79

Active network of relationships and industry clients

Preferences

Master's in Business Administration (MBA)

Skills and Competencies

Ability to think strategically

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills

Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Compensation Details
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the national range and level of the position.

Job Range Target:
Minimum: $86,997.50 USD
Median: $307,040.00 USD
Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
