Job Description:
At Regions, the Clearsight Investment Banker has a primary role of managing the execution of client pitches, engagements and group projects including analysis and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities
Identifies and develops business opportunities
Leads processes required to convert ideas to sales pitches, including due diligence execution and client pitch preparation
Supervises junior staff (i.e., Analyst, Interns, and Associates) by assigning and overseeing their day-to-day work
Evaluates and analyzes client needs, including the formulation and positioning of a client’s distinctive qualities with a focus on competitive differentiation
Maintains client communication
Leads transaction structuring and execution efforts

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Ten (10) years experience in Investment Banking, including strong M&A knowledge and the proven ability to model solutions for clients
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registrations including the Series 63 & 79

Preferences
Master's of Business Administration (MBA)

Ability to think strategically
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
Strong work ethic and self-motivation

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
