Nothing But Hemp retail stores are growing and are looking for CBD Hemp Professionals in our production area with superior customer service skills. Applicants should be knowledgeable about CBD and Cannabis, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn new skills. This position will help with inventory accuracy counts, packing wholesale orders, pick pack and ship orders, follow supply team processes.

Our ideal candidate is a hands-on team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle all tasks with accuracy and speed from start to finish. Strong customer service skills, exceptional multi-tasking abilities, proficiency with mac and ipads.

This position is responsible for handling inventory counts daily, working at the Minneapolis, and Grand Avenue St Paul location, communicating with supply chain management and staff, performing various duties, including but not limited to: taking phone messages, answering questions over the phone when needed, communicating inventory needs with retail staff and upper management, stocking supplies, cleaning the work area, labeling, picking transfers, packing, taking phone orders for restocks, and safeguarding our products.

We are looking for full time Inventory Specialist available Monday-Friday with some weekend availability occasionally. We are open seven days a week.

Job *Responsibilities: *

• Inventory counts daily
• Perform Age Verifications for sales
• Communicating with supply chain team, and upper management daily
• Maintain order in the store and in the assigned station, including proper storage of products
• Perform operational tasks during and after shifts including; picking wholesale orders, packing orders, sticker-ing items, etc.
• Requirements: **
• Overall understanding of cannabis and the CBD industry
• 2-4 years retail experience with inventory
• Be dedicated, dependable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced customer service driven environment/warehouse
• Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal (oral and written) communication skills
• Must be friendly, flexible and a team player
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure in a close work environment
• Superior attention to detail and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Professional Appearance and stable, solid work history.

Preferences: **

• High school diploma
• Inventory Experience
