SUMMARY:
- Locate & pull stock for on-going staging.
- Unload product from vendor trucks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for Inventory Clerk include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Job duties include pulling product to fill orders, shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and delivering product to satellite locations.
- The successful candidate will be a self-starter, highly reliable, a quick learner, detail oriented, have a positive attitude, a stable work history and a clean driving record.
- Candidate must have a sincere desire to be a team player with a “whatever it takes” team-oriented mindset.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- To perform the Inventory Clerk position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty cheerfully, satisfactorily and in a timely manner. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have clean Motor Vehicle Record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to perform job duties while standing & walking throughout the duration of the shift.
- Capable of lifting and moving 100lbs on a continual basis.
- Flexibility to work overtime if necessary.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Able to read, comprehend, and interpret simple instructions, correspondence, memos, and documents such as safety rules, operating manuals and procedures and maintenance instructions.
- Demonstrates effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills in English.
- Able to write routine simple correspondence. Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests and Employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in small units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
- Able to apply common sense, patience and understanding while carrying out detailed written and/or oral instructions. Able to deal with and present problem-solving ideas that involves concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Takes action and recommends solutions beyond the scope of essential duties that may result in a positive or negative impact to the casino, a particular department or individual.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Strong guest service skills and the ability to ask questions and apply deductive reasoning and listening skills are essential.

- Lengthy periods of standing may be necessary.
- The Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Using and viewing a computer screen daily is mandatory.
- Essential duties involve working in an office with an assortment of office equipment.
- Duties may at times involve working on the floor of the casino with a diverse group of employees and customers.

- While performing the duties of this job, the Employee frequently works with computer programs, calculators, and other essential office and casino hardware.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
- The Employee should be able to adapt well to the casino environment involving large numbers of people, loud and continuous high noise levels.
- Must be able to psychologically handle the concept of persons occupying an establishment for the purpose of gambling, drinking, eating, and smoking for long periods of time.
SIGNATORY ABILITIES:
- This position is not on any key logs as having authority for signing out keys.
