Inventory Accounting Support
OVERVIEW
Wire & Cable distributor is seeking an Inventory Accounting Support Coordinator to provide backend office administration and accounting functions to support inventory management and distribution. The company services distributors, developers, builders, and contractors with commercial and residential wire & cable products.
The Inventory Accounting Support Coordinator will be responsible for performing tasks that involve ERP software related activities such as order entry, purchase order execution, management of RMA’s, and invoicing. The ideal candidate would have experience working with some form of accounting software such as Quickbooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar software. Entry level fundamental accounting principles and business process flow knowledge is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS
- General ERP system knowledge for order entry to purchasing processes
- Basic understanding of accounting principles for bookkeeping
- Some background in wire and cable industry preferred but not required
- Excellent computer skills required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
