Essential Functions:

• Plans, coordinates, and executes individual Mission Command Information Systems training
• Assists unit leadership in planning individual training that will meet their training objectives
• Identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training
• Update Programs of Instruction
• Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTP
• Provide work leadership for lower-level employees, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs

Requirements:

• Active Security Clearance (Required)
• Must possess a valid State Driver's License and maintain Post driving privileges
• Advance knowledge of their principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs
• Expert knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter
• Demonstrated effective teaching, instruction, presentation, and communication skills
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills for interfacing with military and civilian personnel

Education:

• BS/BA 6-8 years (Required)

Experience:

• Recently retired Army Warrant/NCO/Officer with experience in multiple Mission Command Systems (Preferred)
• MCS Training: 6 years (Required)
• U.S. Army: 10 years (Required)

Working Conditions: inside office on Government site

Required Travel: Minimal

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Week: Monday Friday (may vary based on mission requirements)

Work Hours: 0800 1700 (may vary based on mission requirements)

Overtime: as required
