Essential Functions:
- Plans, coordinates, and executes individual Mission Command Information Systems training
- Assists unit leadership in planning individual training that will meet their training objectives
- Identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training
- Update Programs of Instruction
- Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTP
- Provide work leadership for lower-level employees, including evaluating the effectiveness of their training presentations and programs
Requirements:
- Active Security Clearance (Required)
- Must possess a valid State Driver's License and maintain Post driving privileges
- Advance knowledge of their principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs
- Expert knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter
- Demonstrated effective teaching, instruction, presentation, and communication skills
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills for interfacing with military and civilian personnel
Education:
- BS/BA 6-8 years (Required)
Experience:
- Recently retired Army Warrant/NCO/Officer with experience in multiple Mission Command Systems (Preferred)
- MCS Training: 6 years (Required)
- U.S. Army: 10 years (Required)
Working Conditions: inside office on Government site
Required Travel: Minimal
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Week: Monday Friday (may vary based on mission requirements)
Work Hours: 0800 1700 (may vary based on mission requirements)
Overtime: as required
