A boutique Family Law firm in Tacoma is looking for an Intake Specialist to join their growing team. This firm handles family law matters for high-net-worth clients and is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the legal field. They provide opportunities to continue growing your knowledge in the family law space and are looking for a long-term fit!

Responsibilities:
Taking incoming calls and emails
Analyzing intake calls to help asses what clients the firm should sign on
Providing excellent customer service to potential clients, and following up

Schedule:
8:15 am-5:00pm
On-site during training period, and up to 2 days remote after training

Requirements:
Experience taking incoming calls and emails from clients
Ability to start within 1 week, and train on-site in Tacoma (Free parking!)
Ability to handle sensitive subject matter with compassion and confidentiality.
