We are a 30- year family office in the heart of Cooper City seeking licensed insurance agents and/or customer service representatives to assist with the servicing of our existing clients. We are growing and are seeking highly motivated agents looking to grow with us.

Job Duties

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Career minded vision.
• Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred but not necessary
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
